Morning Routine

I googled Cable TV Advisor because I need to get tv for my morning routine! My routine usually entails waking up at least 15 minutes later than I was supposed. Then, turning on the Today show for background as I get ready. I was kind of surprised Meredith didn’t last very long. I mean, I know she was there for years, but compared to a lot of the others, it was brief in comparison. Would the Today show be the Today show without Matt Lauer?! I think they do a good job of providing hard and soft news.

The past couple years I have really cut back on watching many news programs. It is just way too depressing and I’d prefer to try and keep on the positive side of things. Once in a while I will be cruising the TV channels and stumble on a story that gets my interest, such was the case early this morning while I was taking advantage of laying in bed and watching some TV on a lazy Saturday morning.

It seems that a couple had been living at their home for 40 years and just now discovered that the slab of marble that was at the front of their front door step was actually a tomb stone belonging to a woman named Jane. Sorry I can’t remember the last name, but that doesn’t really matter now does it? The date was back in the 1860′s and they were not able to find any remains (which I believe to be a good thing) and plan on keeping this unusual find, right side up this time,.

Reba

I never seem to tire of watching the reruns of Reba. Reba McIntyre has always been a favorite of mine as a singer, as an actor and as a mother. I really wish that her TV show had lasted a few years longer. It never fails, they finally come out with a good show and they don’t last but a season or two, three at the tops. I guess it’s true that nothing good lasts forever.

Pit Boss Marathon

Last night while waiting out the hurricane scare it was cool to watch The Animal Planets hit TV show the Pit Boss. They had a marathon going on that had a lot of episodes that I had never seen before. I’m so glad that this show is coming back for another season. Shorty and his crew are a group of awesome little people that make a big difference for so many pit bulls and many of their owners. Now I just want to know what he is going to do about being so short staffed, please excuse that pun folks!

Summer Re Runs

Most people get annoyed with the summer re runs that are inevitable each summer season, but I have to say that I appreciate the opportunity to catch some of the episodes that I missed that I would otherwise never get the chance to see. If that means that I have to watch something for the second time, well so be it.
