Impracticable Jokers

My son turned me onto one of the most entertaining and enjoyable of “Reality Show” impracticable Jokers. It comes on the TruTV channel on our cable package. Not a channel that I had ever spent any time watching. It now is on top of my “Favorite” channels!

This show is about four long time best friends that enjoy embarrassing each other in any way that they can! So far my favorite episode is when Sal and Murr try to get someone in a campus library to hush them, using bird calls, jingle bells, tubas and other loud sounds that are not acceptable to produce in a library any where. The cymbals at wwbw.com turned out to be too much for Sal to handle so he walks out with his head hanging down low and is one step closer to be that nights “Loser” and that is never a good thing.

The Jetsons

It’s funny how we have turned into a society that really takes their Movies and Television so seriously. I can’t imagine living life without a Television set, I mean I can’t even go to sleep at night without my TV on all night long. There are times that I think that I would have really enjoyed a life in another time, like back in the frontier days, or over in Asia in the days of the Shogun with their Ninjas and Samurais, but when it is all said and done I don’t know how I could even consider such a thing since I am totally spoiled with all of today’s technologies that we pretty much take for granted in our daily lives.

We have pretty much turned into what The Jetson’s (the old 1960’s cartoon show set in the future) portrayed us as being. It’s funny how often I find that show being referenced when technology is being discussed. If you were to watch one or two of the episodes of that show, I believe you would be surprised to see all of the similarities of things that we are now using or on the brink of using. It can really freak you out.

The Future, Our Past

I have always loved my TV. I’ve heard some good things about Netflix. I know a lot of people that subscribe to it and are ranting about all the movies that they get to see, when they want to see them. Guy Movies, Chick Flicks, Horror and Suspense Films, Action Films, Love Stories, you name it and you can find them on Netflix. I was kind of hoping that I would get a subscription for Christmas, but that didn’t happen and I can’t afford it myself right now, but that’s OK, there will always be good movies out there, no shortage there folks.

Frozen TV Dinners By Stouffer’s

I usually don’t like today’s TV dinners, although I guess they don’t really call them that any more do they? Anyway, I have tried just about all of the different brands that they stores around here carry and the only ones that I can tolerate are the one’s made by Stouffer’s.

There are times that I just don’t want to cook for what ever reason and it is so very fast and convenient to stick one of these babies in the microwave and chow down, as long as it is made by Stouffer’s.

Chilling and Having a Bud

I really don’t remember this commercial. It was probably played at Half Time of the Super Bowl, which is know for their outstanding commercials that entertain so man people during that. But as I was checking out what YouTube had to offer with funny old ladies on commercials when I clicked on this one.

It’s funny but I have to admit it gets on my nerves after about 11 seconds into it.

Where’s The Beef?

Old Ladies and their funny commercials.

They just don’t make them that way anymore!
