This morning I went down stairs to the basement where I have my large freezer jam packed with frozen food, only to find that some how the door was not closed all the way, for god knows how long, and every piece of frozen food had gone bad. I had probably over $1000 worth of food, mainly meats, stored in there. What a bad way to start the week out and what a mess I have to look forward to cleaning up.
I just might call in some professionals, what with Christmas in less than two weeks I really have my hands full. I may have to go online and look for a place that can use activated charcoal for odor removal if the odor is too bad for me to stomach.
