Speaking of dogs, my first dog I named Atomic Dog after this song. Haven’t listened to this song in many years. It used to bring down after my beloved Atomic was put down at the ripe old age of 13 years. But I’m glad that I gave it another listen, it brings back some awesome memories and has a really great funky beat. Thanks YouTube.com, once again, you’ve made my day.

Sunday, May 13th, 2012This has been a really nice Mother’s Day. I had several glorious hours to myself this afternoon and I took full advantage of them.
Dinner was a strange combination of things that I like and felt like cooking. And I’ll watch TV until it’s time to hit the sack and get ready for another work week.
It’s been great so far. Happy Mother’s Day to all my friends who are mothers!
Girl Games, It’s About Time
Friday, May 11th, 2012I am so happy to say that girl games have gone a long way since my 22 year old niece was a little girl looking for girl games to play on the computer. Of course that was all most twenty years ago, but you have to understand that girls were just as active on computers back then and had only a few actually girl games for the large number of females that were looking for entertainment just as much as the guys were. I don’t know what they would have done without the few Disney games that had come out by then. I remember how much she loved playing The Lion King back then, but then I’m sure a lot of young guys were playing it back then as well.
These days there are tons of girl games available to today’s generation of young girls. One such site that has a grand selection to offer is easy girl games. Everything from kissing games, Barbie games, cooking games, make over games, to celebrity dress up games. Not only do they have games to play but they have tips and articles that are targeting the female population for them to read and use as well, so it isn’t only games that they have there, which I think is pretty darn cool.

This Year’s Mother’s Day Present
Sunday, May 6th, 2012Been looking at tv stands today online on my handy dandy new laptop. I need to come up with a Mother’s Day present and am having the worst time of it this year. The only thing that I can think of that my mother really needs is a new tv stand. I know it isn’t a typical Mother’s Day present, but there is nothing typical about any member in my family these days and I’ll be darned if I’m going to spend my hard earned money on something like flowers that will be dead in a few days and then tossed in the trash.

Monday, April 23rd, 2012I’ve heard bits and pieces of this saying for many years, but I’ve never been able to find the whole thing. My best friend sent me another cute email today and at the end of it was this saying! Finding this was the best thing to happen to me all week.
