It’s my mom’s birthday. I have to look up the date of the year and do the math to figure out how old she is, but I have to do that with everyone in the family now. The only one I know exactly how old they are is my brother, who is exactly 10 years younger than me.
I sent mom a Hallmark card and a gift card to a nice restaurant, so hopefully she will have a nice meal without having to cook. She was planning a nice quiet day at home, hope she enjoys her special day.
