Snow tonight! We’ve been lucky this whole winter to not have much snow or ice. But we might get a little of the white stuff tonight! We’ll see if the weatherman is right this time!
It’s already pretty cold and you can’t see the moon or the stars for all the heavy clouds. So we might have a few inches of snow on the ground when we wake up. That will be a nice way to great the new month of March!
It’s my birthday! I’m excited about having a nice dinner tonight. We are all going to meet up at the P. F. Chang’s restaurant for dinner. I love the food at P. F. Chang’s and since it is my birthday I get to insist on going to this restaurant. I also want a piece of the most excellent cheesecake – no traditional birthday cake for me! We have the Cheesecake Factory in Green Hills and I think we’ll have time to drive over to the Cheesecake Factory after dinner and pick up a couple of pieces of cheesecake for dessert.
This morning I discovered a great big red velvet heart shaped box filled with chocolates waiting for me on my computer desktop. That was a nice Valentine’s Day surprise!
I love chocolates – my favorite is a dark chocolate piece filled with a rasberry gel. Second best is a creamy milk chocolate filled with buttery caramel. I love both flavors – but to be honest, there isn’t much about chocolate and any filling you can get that I wouldn’t want. So I limit myself to just one piece a day.
