There are a lot of birthdays in February. All three of my nephews were born in February, and although years apart their birthdates are only days apart. How cool is that?

As they get older it is harder and harder to find something to buy for them. First, I want to give them something they will like and consider a little treat. I don’t want it to be something practical – I want it to be fun and frivolous. People always seem to find a way to buy the things for themselves that they must have. I want to give them something that they would love to have but don’t think to or have the money to buy for themselves.

Next, I need to be able to ship it without spending a fortune. So obviously, weight and size has a lot to do with the expense of mailing or shipping the gift.

Third, I want them to really like it. It would break my heart to find out that the gift was tossed into a drawer and never used or looked at. I would love for them to point it out to people and brag about how Auntie Donna bought this for ME!

So there is the challenge and I have to get busy because all three of them are next week!
