I sure wish there was a spray can of flu bug repellent.

We have had that pesky flu and probably his brothers and cousins in our house pretty much since Christmas. We are sick for a few days, then feeling better for a few days then sick for a couple days then better for a few days then sick.

I’m so sick of sick.

This last bug was the worst. Must have been the Queen Bug. I was so sick a couple nights ago that all I could do the entire night was lie in bed and sob. I didn’t eat anything bet a few bites of cold cereal for almost 4 days, and had no energy – could not even walk up the stairs from the basement laundry room without being lightheaded and totally exhausted on those last couple of steps. I’m just now able to eat a regular meal and am starting to get some energy back. Actually did 3 loads of laundry. Well, washed it anyways.

Let’s hope this is the end of the flu in these parts. Please.
